What this site measures—and what it does not collect.
BarndoBuilderList uses Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookie-free, privacy-focused analytics service. It receives page and event data so we can understand how the site is used. This disclosure describes the financing-planning events currently implemented on the site.
Financing estimator
The estimator records categories, not your entries.
When the estimator is started or completed, its analytics can send coarse budget, equity, and loan bands; a land-status category; and controlled placement, page type, state, and content identifiers. The implementation does not send exact estimator values, your name, email address, phone number, street address, ZIP code, or free-text responses in those events.
Exact estimator inputs and contact details are not submitted to the application backend or stored by BarndoBuilderList. Coarse categories are transmitted to and processed by Ahrefs analytics. The estimator does not collect contact details, so its use does not create a contact submission for BarndoBuilderList.
Financing links
Sponsored referrals are measured when enabled.
If a financing sponsor is active, a click to that partner can be measured and the referral URL includes campaign parameters. The destination is an external site, and its privacy terms apply to information you provide there. Sponsor links are inactive unless the site is configured with a valid sponsor.
Builder Concierge
Concierge requests are shared with builders we contact for you.
When you submit a Barndo Builder Concierge request, the form is emailed to BarndoBuilderList and a confirmation is emailed to you. We use the project details you provide (state, land status, scope, size, budget band, timeline, financing status, plans, and notes) to decide which builders or suppliers to contact, and we share those project details with them. By submitting the form you agree to an introduction if a match is found. Your name, email address, and phone number are shared with that builder or supplier when we make the introduction.
Concierge analytics events send only coarse categories (state, build approach, scope, budget band, timeline). They never include your name, contact details, ZIP code, or free-text notes.
